Want to view your invoice or statement online? Looking to see if the deposit to your subscription account has posted? Well, now you can with OCLC's new online access to billing information. Register now to attend a webinar that will:

  • Review the changes to the OCLC billing process
  • Walk through the new format of invoices and statements
  • Participate in a tour of the OCLC Online Service Center, demonstrating how to:
    • Create an account
    • Add individuals to an institution’s existing account
    • Navigate the new online Billing Information Section
    • Manage accounts and subscription services online
    • Access usage statistics online
  • Answer any additional questions

Beginning with last month's billing, OCLC implemented considerable upgrades to its billing procedures that enable you to better manage your OCLC accounts. The following enhancements are now in place and include: 

  • Redesigned invoices with detailed billing information that are easier to read and understand.
  • Clearer product code descriptions including more specific detail on your FirstSearch purchases.
  • Online access to PDF copies of invoices and statements.
  • Online access to account and payment information including subscription deposit account balances.
  • Replacement of the paper Sales Institution Detail Report with online access to usage statistics.
